This concentration offers training in understanding human behaviour and mental processes using scientific methods. It provides students with basic theoretical and practical training to pursue studies in professional psychology.

- Shek Mun campus offers a well-equipped psychology laboratory, a counseling room and a child assessment centre for students to carry out laboratory tests and experiments

- Graduates can apply for the Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) in Psychology, a two-year self-funded programme offered by the Hong Kong Baptist University

- Others continued their academic studies at overseas universities
