In mid-November during the pandemic days, for the first time ever our articulation talk targeted students from Cultural Studies (CULS) and Professional Communication and English Studies (PENG) was delivered simultaneously face-to-face and on Zoom. Our guest speaker Dr. Peter Lok, Programme Director of Bachelor of Arts in Liberal and Cultural Studies, HKBU Department of Humanities and Creative Writing, kicked started the talk by introducing the compelling programme curriculum and its career prospects. Ms Carol Cheng and Mr. Dickson Cheung, Academic Coordinators of PENG and CULS, also provided information about relevant programmes and institutions for students’ articulation opportunities. Homecoming alumni joined us towards the end to share success stories and useful tips that help current students embark on their next study adventure upon graduation of the associate degree programmes.

Dr. Peter Lok walked through the curriculum and career prospects of the top-up degree programme of Bachelor of Arts in Liberal and Cultural Studies offered by HKBU Department of Humanities and Creative Writing.

Masked speakers and participants seated apart to remain appropriate social distance during the pandemic.

Zoom participants were never left out when it comes to our essential group photo shoot.
