In the site visit, students gained more knowledge on the history and the development of the Coca-Cola company. They\u00a0understood the steps in make a beverage, and some technical concern in the setting of the production line. For example, students differentiated the operational uniqueness between soft drink and juice. They were illustrated how a can of drink is being produced, and how it is being improved in term of formulation and its image. After the visit, students were asked to evaluate the food service operation and the product ingredients.
