\u8209\u8fa6\u662f\u6b21\u8b1b\u5ea7\u65e8\u5728\u52a0\u5f37\u5b78\u751f\u5c0d\u79d1\u6280\u5275\u65b0\u8207\u5718\u968a\u5354\u4f5c\u7684\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u57f9\u990a\u5177\u5099\u8de8\u5b78\u79d1\u8996\u91ce\u7684\u8907\u5408\u578b\u4eba\u624d\uff0c\u4ee5\u61c9\u5c0d\u672a\u4f86\u8077\u5834\u7684\u6311\u6230\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Higher Diploma in Art Tech Design (HDATD) at\u00a0the College of International Education,\u00a0Hong Kong Baptist University\u00a0hosted a seminar\u00a0titled\u00a0\"Building Teams That Build Robots: The Collaboration of Technological Innovation,\"\u00a0featuring\u00a0Mr.\u00a0Jacky\u00a0Yau, Director of the\u00a0Robot Institute of Hong Kong, as the keynote speaker. The seminar used the robot manufacturing process as a starting point to explore the challenges and solutions faced by teams in technological innovation projects.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the seminar, Mr. Yau shared\u00a0case studies\u00a0illustrating how teams can set clear goals,\u00a0establish\u00a0effective communication methods, and understand the key impact of teammate qualities on project success.\u00a0He outlined and compared key team roles to help students\u00a0identify\u00a0where they fit\u00a0best, and\u00a0emphasized the importance of leadership in interdisciplinary teams that integrate hardware engineering, software development, design, and marketing. He also\u00a0introduced\u00a0project management theories, such as the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) mindset and the Scrum\u00a0methodology,\u00a0highlighting\u00a0the importance of rapid prototyping and iterative development in team communication and collaboration.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An interdisciplinary perspective was another\u00a0core theme. Mr. Yau pointed out that\u00a0future-ready teams need multi-skilled members who can approach problems from multiple angles to enhance overall efficiency. He specifically mentioned that in addition to human-to-human collaboration, human-AI collaboration will become a major trend in the future. He then introduced various AI tools and their applications in teamwork such as\u00a0\"Vibe coding,\" and how\u00a0AI agents can work alongside robots as \u201cnew colleagues.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0seminar\u00a0aimed to\u00a0deepen\u00a0students' understanding of technological innovation and teamwork, cultivating well-rounded talents with interdisciplinary perspectives to meet the challenges of the future workplace.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
