In March 2026, we had the\u00a0honour\u00a0of inviting Mr. Eddy Hui, Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong Designers Association, to speak to Year 1 students from the Higher Diploma in Art Tech Design. With over 20 years of experience in the advertising and media industry, Mr. Hui has served as Group Creative Director and Executive Creative Director at both local and international design agencies, and his artworks have been\u00a0exhibited\u00a0internationally.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the session, Mr. Hui generously shared his extensive experience in multimedia design. He\u00a0showcased\u00a0several of his award-winning projects spanning movies, mobile apps, animations, and, most recently, stage dramas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event concluded with an engaging fireside chat featuring Mr. Hui and our part-time lecturer, Dr. Timothy Hassan. Together, they discussed career development within the design industry and answered questions from the audience. Through this interactive segment, Mr. Hui offered invaluable career advice to students aspiring to make their mark in the creative field.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
