\u7d04\u5171\u516d\u5341\u4f4d\u4fee\u8b80\u6b77\u53f2\u53ca\u9999\u6e2f\u7814\u7a76\u5c08\u4fee \u3001 \u793e\u6703\u53ca\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u7814\u7a76\u5c08\u4fee\u7684\u540c\u5b78\u53c3\u89c0\u7d42\u5be9\u6cd5\u9662\u3002\u900f\u904e\u6b64\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u540c\u5b78\u5011\u80fd\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u9999\u6e2f\u53f8\u6cd5\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\u53ca\u6cd5\u9662\u5927\u6a13\u5efa\u7bc9\u8a2d\u8a08\u7684\u8b8a\u9077\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u8077\u54e1\u66f4\u5b89\u6392\u540c\u5b78\u8207\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u539f\u8a1f\u6cd5\u5ead\u6797\u96f2\u6d69\u6cd5\u5b98\u898b\u9762\uff0c\u89aa\u8eab\u807d\u5176\u8b1b\u6388\u7af6\u722d\u6cd5\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u4e26\u89e3\u7b54\u540c\u5b78\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5169\u4f4d\u672c\u8eab\u662f\u5927\u5f8b\u5e2b\u7684\u6cd5\u5b98\u52a9\u7406\u4ea6\u4f34\u96a8\u540c\u5b78\u53c3\u89c0\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u53ca\u6cd5\u5ead\uff0c\u4ecb\u7d39\u4e00\u4e9b\u6848\u4f8b\u53ca\u5be9\u6848\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p>\n

Around 60 students in total from History and Hong Kong Studies, Social and Public Policy visited the Court of Final Appeal. Through this activity, the students had obtained an in-depth understanding of the history of the Hong Kong judicial system and the transformation of the building and its architectural design. \u00a0The court staff also arranged for students to meet with the Judge of the Court of First Instance of the High Court, the Honourable Mr Justice Godfrey Lam Wan Ho who gave a talk on the rationale of the competition law and answered questions from students. \u00a0In addition, two assistants of the judges of the Court of Final Appeal, who are barristers themselves also accompanied the students to visit the library and court rooms where they introduced some court cases and trial procedures.<\/p>\n

\u53c3\u89c0\u5b8c\u7d42\u5be9\u6cd5\u9662\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ee4\u6211\u66f4\u52a0\u660e\u767d\u4e0a\u8a34\u6a5f\u5236\u4fdd\u969c\u4e86\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u548c\u81ea\u7531\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u90e8\u5206\u6848\u4ef6\u5bb9\u8a31\u516c\u773e\u4eba\u4ed5\u65c1\u807d\u8046\u8a0a\uff0c\u6b63\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u53f8\u6cd5\u4e0d\u4f46\u8981\u884c\u4e4b\u516c\u6b63\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u6709\u76ee\u5171\u7779\u4ea6\u540c\u6a23\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u7cfb\u7d71\u662f\u7531\u300c\u6cd5\ufe51\u7406\ufe51\u60c5\u300d\u4e26\u517c\u800c\u884c\uff0c\u300c\u8a8d\u7f6a\u6c42\u60c5\u300d\u4ea6\u662f\u5f71\u97ff\u5224\u6c7a\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002 \u7d93\u6b64\u4e00\u884c\uff0c\u4ee4\u6211\u6df1\u4fe1\u9999\u6e2f\u53f8\u6cd5\u5236\u5ea6\u662f\u5fc5\u9808\u53d6\u5f97\u6211\u5011\u7684\u4fe1\u4efb\u53ca\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u793e\u6703\u624d\u80fd\u5ef6\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n

After visiting the Court of Final Appeal, I have become more aware that the appeal mechanism protects the rights and freedoms of the individual. \u00a0In some cases, the public is allowed to attend court hearings.\u00a0 It reveals \"not only must Justice be done; it must also be seen to be done.\"\u00a0 Law, justice and morality are not opposed.\u00a0 Mitigating circumstances will be considered in the trial.\u00a0 After the visit, I am more certain that the society can continue its development when we trust and support the Hong Kong judicial system.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u5728\u9019\u6b21\u8003\u5bdf\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u6700\u559c\u6b61\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u662f\u53c3\u89c0\u7d42\u5be9\u6cd5\u9662\u5927\u6a13\u7684\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u6709\u6b77\u53f2\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u5c55\u54c1\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5927\u61b2\u7ae0\u7684\u526f\u672c\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u6211\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u53c3\u89c0\u6cd5\u5ead\uff0c\u74b0\u5883\u975e\u5e38\u838a\u56b4\u3002\u9019\u4e5f\u662f\u6211\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u63a5\u89f8\u6cd5\u5b98\uff0c\u80fd\u89aa\u8eab\u807d\u5176\u8b1b\u89e3\u7af6\u722d\u6cd5\u7684\u793e\u6703\u610f\u7fa9\u78ba\u662f\u96e3\u5fd8\u7684\u7d93\u6b77\u3002<\/p>\n

In the field trip, my favorite part was to visit the library of the Court of Final Appeal. There are many historically valuable exhibits in the library, such as a copy of the Magna Carta. In addition, this was my first visit to court rooms and the environment was very solemn. This was also the first time I had been in contact with a judge who explained the social significance of the competition law that was indeed an unforgettable experience.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
