The students were highly engaged, asking numerous questions and showing great enthusiasm for learning how companies can improve employee development and the essential skill of giving feedback. Furthermore, our students gained valuable insights from Michelle's brilliant career tips, helping them plan their future professional paths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Providing students with opportunities to connect with industry leaders is undoubtedly an effective way to help them bridge the gap between textbook knowledge and real-world application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3
