We felt grateful that John Tsang, a mountaineer &amp; adventure-based trainer, and Tony Lee, a professional consultant &amp; coach, were our honourable guest speakers for two rounds to talk about a trendy topic - \u201dCultivating your new norm\u201d. John spoke from his climbing experience about the importance of letting challenges be habitual while Tony introduced the concept of \u201dManaging our 15%\u201d in this uncontrollable era. Both sharings were great and impressive!
