{"id":15,"date":"2020-10-29T08:08:31","date_gmt":"2020-10-29T00:08:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cie.hkbu.edu.hk\/u-posts\/bim\/?p=15"},"modified":"2020-10-30T09:08:16","modified_gmt":"2020-10-30T01:08:16","slug":"communication-students-win-merit-prize-at-prestigious-advertising-award","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cie.hkbu.edu.hk\/u-posts\/bim\/2020\/10\/29\/communication-students-win-merit-prize-at-prestigious-advertising-award\/","title":{"rendered":"Communication students win merit prize at prestigious advertising award"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>School of Communication<\/strong> Integrated Communication Management (ICM) Year 4 students Chan Kwan-yin, Lai Man-kwan, Li Sze-wing, Yan Hau-chi, Ho Sze-hang and Li Sau-wun formed two teams and won the merit prize in the Student Division of the Kam Fan Awards 2018 organised by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies of Hong Kong.<br><br>The first team\u2019s work, \u201cDear Yourself, Love Mirror\u201d, focused on the concept of a mirror. Through Mirror Meditation, the team hoped to propose the simplest way for people to face and relieve their stress, helping them to work out their problems and even the solutions, thus improving themselves.<br><br>The second team used the concept of a maze in its work \u201cMindfulness In Your Maze\u201d. In life, frustrations and confusion can often make people lose their sense of direction. With its slogan, \u201cZone out and find your exit\u201d, the team intended to encourage people to slow down and take care of their psychological needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery
