CIE Internationalisation Committee invited Ms. Gladys Yun of Fairtrade Hong Kong to deliver a Coffee Grounds Workshop. She discussed the state of the coffee value chain on a global scale, its role in sustainable development, as well as ethical treatment of farmers. 

To make the workshop memorable, Ms. Yun also taught students how to make their own natural body scrub from used coffee grounds, which greatly captured the interest of the students.
