Online Submission of Photo for Student Card and its Collection

  • Students can retrieve their Student Number via this link on 12 Aug 2026. They should upload a colour passport photo to the University Student Card Photo Upload System during 12 – 17 Aug 2026. For details of retrieving Student Number, please refer to the Student Orientation Guide.
  • The schedule for collection of Student Card will be sent to students’ HKBU email in late August.
  • Students who are under 18 years old (as of 1 Sep 2026) should complete and return the Letter of Consent to the College when they collect the Student Card.
