Customer Satisfaction Survey Study for 14 Social Enterprises

The research project is designed to work in partnership with the Tithe Ethical Consumption Movement (TECM), which is organized by the Fullness Social Enterprises Society (FSES) and sponsored by Home Affairs Bureau.

Each student group conducted customer satisfaction survey study for the assigned social enterprises and provided suggestions in relation to Marketing and E-Commerce.

As a result, students carried out the customer satisfaction survey by using face-to-face interviews with 570 customers from 14 social enterprises in March 2019.
