To prepare the finalists for the coming B-Dare Business Plan Competition, an Advanced Training Workshop was held on 10 March via zoom. The speakers for the workshop included Dr. Lawrence Lai, General Manager (Investment) of Hong Kong Kam Fung Group Company Limited, and Ms. Venus Tam, Chief of Staff of Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Incubation Development Foundation.
During the workshop, Dr. Lai shared with students some of the interesting and successful E-Commerce businesses. Ms. Tam shared with students some guidelines to draft a good business plan. “The workshop was interesting, and it gave us some useful information on how to write a good business plan” one of the contestants shared. “We hope that students can apply what they learn to real-life situations and develop their innovative ideas for E-Commerce through the competition”. Dr. Angel Lai, Organizing Committee member of B-Dare advised.
