國際學院商學會參加「迪士尼款客服務體驗坊」
返回To observe the daily operations of a hospitality services provider and learn about the required skill in the industry, a total of 21 CIE students participated in the “Disney’s Hospitality in Practice” programme on 28 Oct 2014. The group, accompanied by the advisor of the CIE Business Studies Society, Dr. Martin Tsui Chi Keung, visited the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and the backstage of Disney’s Casting Center.
The programme guided by the instructors of Hong Kong Disneyland provided students with a better understanding on how an international theme park operates and an integrated resort is managed. Students gained invaluable insights of the uniqueness of Disney guest services, positive staff attitude, as well as the state- of-the-art facilities. The participants were much impressed by the unique culture and commitment of Disneyland to strive for excellence.
