商學部舉辦「港鐵的社會企業責任」研討會

“Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility” is an elective Studies of Discipline Specific Courses for CIE Associate Degree students. To enrich student’s knowledge and maximize their industry exposure, Division of Business organised a seminar entitled “Corporate Social Responsibility of MTR Corporation (MTR)” on 22 September.

Ms. Law Kit Fong, Sustainability Development Manager of MTR was invited to share with 120 students on how MTR is committed to providing quality service to passengers, and at the same time balancing the needs of various stakeholders.

Willson, Law King Tin (Business Administration, Year 2) shared that, “The seminar enhanced my understanding of the perspectives from different MTR stakeholders, such as their staff, suppliers, communities as well as customers. It also illustrated how to apply textbook theories to real life situations.”
