Over 20 CIE students joined the Tithe Ethical Consumption Movement (TECM) 2018, organized by Fullness Social Enterprises Society (FSES) and sponsored by Home Affairs Bureau. FSES organizes a series of events and campaigns to enhance awareness and support towards the sustainability of social entrepreneurship in Hong Kong. This year students were arranged to serve as event helpers, receptionists, and hospitality helpers in the Opening Ceremony.

Dr. Erica Lee, Lecturer and staff-in-charge of the event shared that TECM committee members appreciated CIE student volunteers, who were passionate about making the event run smoothly, efficiently, and successfully and showed their care for the community.

"This was not only a volunteering experience, but also an opportunity for me to understand the management and business strategies of social enterprises."
