Knowledge of nutritional science allows students to design healthy eating diets for disease prevention. This programme which also emphasises quality management in food service sectors prepares graduates to pursue their study and career development in nutrition and food management fields. Some outstanding graduates had expectedly completed their master’s degrees in Public Health and work as health researchers in hospitals and universities.
