CIE students visit Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center (Pazhou Complex)

To enrich student’s learning experience and broaden horizons, Tourism and Hospitality Management Concentration Studies and THX Club jointly organised a field-trip to Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center (Pazhou Complex) - the largest exhibition center in Asia.

During the visit, 11 participants from CIE were given a briefing on the development of Pazhou Complex, its function and impact to China trade business, as well as the significance of event business in the tourism industry.

Students were very impressed by the scale of event business in Mainland China and found the visit inspiring. They have gained a deeper understanding about the operations in the event and exhibition industry.
