CIE Business Studies Society organises company visit to Hong Kong Disneyland

HKBU CIE Business Studies Society organised a company visit to Hong Kong Disneyland backstage and operation center. During the visit, the students had a chance to learn from the cast members about positive work attitude and ways to enhance motivation and self-discipline at work. The theme park also arranged a discussion session for the students and their Team Leaders. Through the sharing, students knew more about different aspects of a multi-national theme park, including its history, culture, recruitment procedures, working environment and staff development. Students gained valuable insights about effective management and raising team competitiveness. They were inspired by the sharing of the professionals and had an enjoyable day at Hong Kong Disneyland.
