国际学院商学部举办升学衔接讲座

Over 300 Associate Degree students attended the Articulation Seminar organized by the Division of Business on 6 November 2014. The College was very glad to have invited the programme directors and lecturers of various undergraduate programmes to speak on the topic.
 

The speakers of the Seminar included Ms. Janet Kwan of the BCom in Accountancy (HKBU), Dr. Y. M. Wong of the BCom in Marketing (HKBU), Ms. Tracy Hui of the BCom in Human Resources Management (HKBU), and Ms. Karen Tong of the University of South Australia top-up degree programme. They shared with the students the unique features and the details of the admission requirements of the respective programmes.
 

To strengthen the performance of students in the admission interview, a training session on “Admission Interview Skills and Techniques” and sharing by 10 alumni on their tips in preparing for interviews and experiences of being admitted to the UGC and self-funded UG programmes were also arranged.
 

The participants enjoyed the interaction with the guest speakers and found the information on articulation opportunities most valuable.
