国际学院投资学会同学参加领袖训练日营

To learn about teamwork, team collaboration, problem solving and effective communication skills, 20 CIE Investment Club Committee members joined the Leadership Training Day Camp and participated in a series of team building and adventure-based activities. Every single committee member completed challenging tasks. Some even said that they had never thought of being able to climb up a 4-meter wall.

Chairman of the Investment Club, Steven Cheng (Financial Management, Year 2), also found the activities challenging but rewarding. He shared that these games enhanced his endurance and helped build mutual trust with the team.

Student Development Centre provides the Leadership Training Programme for the committee members of clubs and societies, aiming at developing their potentials and strengths in order to nurture future leaders. The activities are tailor-made to suit the needs of different clubs and societies. Leadership Training Day Camps were also held for Student Ambassadors and Library Ambassadors during semester break.
